Clea helena
Assassin Snail
Clea helena is a species of freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Buccinidae, the true whelks, most of which are marine.
This species occurs throughout southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand
Like all snails in the clade Neogastropoda, it is carnivorous. It feeds on worms and gastropods, and is often known as the "assassin snail" for its habit of eating other snails.
